I think there was a fire and someone was hurt or died due to it and William was either directly or indirectly responsible. That way Henry's line about 'a wound first inflicted upon me' can make sense even if Charlotte was killed after other kids. Henry could have been hurt in a different way. Maybe it was his idea to have Fall Fest. Maybe someone close was killed in the fire. Either way, SOMETHING happened when a fire broke out.

I think Gregory didn't said an A during this whole game. I have a third option about the ending that: it wasn't Gregory at all on any of the two audios. Mimic didn't take over again, he just never stopped pretending. May I be wrong? Yes definitely, but for me is weird real Gregory being able to talk with her. Professional walkie talkies (not radio like police one they use on the car) don't have a good reach, much less one that obviously look like a toy. Those ones are the worse. My dad has a professional walki talkie and it stops working leaving our building, my toy one stopped working if you left the room. 😂😂

If Cassie's dad/Bonnie Bro's Birthday was the fire that we see in VR2, and Mike (His friend) was also at the party it could explain why Jack-o-Chica and Jack-o-Bonnie exist, it matches Jack-o-Moon and Grim Foxy, who we know where at Fall Fest. Also, they both experienced 2 traumatic Birthday Parties so it makes sense why Cassie's dad didn't show up

I really like the idea that Freddy n' friends were created for Fall Fest, and when the owners refused to sell out to (what would become) Fazbear Ent., that company burned down the circus to force them to sell. Specifically, I think they used the Mimic to do it,since it's burnt, was around back then, and is easily taught. Not to mention, the fire'd get blamed on it instead of the company. From what I heard, like a third of the books are about Fazbear Ent. using illegal means to strongarm young geniuses into working for them, so I figure the Fall Fest incident was something similar.

This might be me just seeing things, but I could have sworn, while watching John FuhNAF's playthrough of flat mode Help Wanted 2, that burned Carnie's right eye (our left) was slightly discolored compared to the other eye, slightly more yellow-ish. Which, if I'm not crazy, could mean it's Lefty's good eye, but with a paint job over it and when Carnie burned a bit of the paint pealed off. That would absolutely support this theory.

The only thing holding me back with carnie being a new rather than old animatronic is his wooden teeth (which could just be fazbear trying to make him seem old) and his animatronic shins. His shins are the exact same ones as the endoskeleton shins that the mediocre melodies have.

I think the Fall Fest fire being Cassie's dad's birthday is an interesting idea. I don't think he could be the bonny bully if that was the case though because if he avoids birthday parties, why would he be at the cc's birthday party and do a traumatizing prank? I could also see the fall fest fire being something that loosely connects to the story like maybe Afton tried kidnapping a kid and the kid freaked out and started the fire on accident or purpose trying to escape so Afton switched to kidnapping at Freddy's. Maybe the mascot costumes were the common foam and fabric kind and they caught on fire too and that's why Fazbear started making robots instead. I think there are a lot of options and I'm excited to see if Steel Wool tells us the story or just leaves hints
